At Andaaz e Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Wrong, damaged, or defective item received.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Customized or stitched products.

  • Used or washed items.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed if exchange is not possible.

  • Amount is returned within 7–10 business days via original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • Available for size, color, or defective product issues.

  • Subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged item) – we cover shipping.

  • If due to customer’s change of mind – shipping is customer’s responsibility.
