1. Eligibility for Returns

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery. 
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or stitched products.

Used or washed items. 
3. Refunds

Refunds are only processed if exchange is not possible. 
- 
Amount is returned within 7–10 business days via original payment method. 
4. Exchanges
- 
Available for size, color, or defective product issues.

Subject to stock availability. 
5. Return Shipping
- 
If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged item) – we cover shipping.

If due to customer’s change of mind – shipping is customer’s responsibility.
